If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Jilly’s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

The term ’Jilly’s’ or ’us’ or ’we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 30 Stewarton Street, Wishaw, ML2 8AN. Our company VAT number is 137649190. The term ’you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:
  • All prices quoted on Jilly’s are in GB pounds and all payments are accepted via PayPal.
  • IN the unlikely event that an incorrect price is displayed on our website, Jilly’s reserves the right to abstain from fulfilling the order at that price. The customer will be notified by email informing them of the correct price, and given the choice to proceed with the order.
  • All payments are made via PayPal and are confirmed to be securely processed online payments. If you wish to make a payment over the telephone please contact our customer services department on 07545215746 lines are open Monday-Sunday 10am-10pm. All calls will be charged at a standard rate.
  • All address details must be accurate including valid post codes. Jilly’s cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery of goods if the recipients address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect.
  • The goods shall be deemed to have been delivered, when the courier obtains receipt of the goods confirmation from any person at that address or confirmation by the courier company.
  • We are dedicated to ensuring all our gift hampers arrive with you in perfect condition. In the rare event a gift arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days by telephone or email us at info@jillysonline.com.
  • Unwanted goods can be returned within 14 working days of receipt as long as goods are in perfect conditions and the packaging remains in an ’as new’ state.
